- set team goals : To uphold the personal goals, work together as a team
It's better to kick of new work and other teammates are helpful to work out for personal goals. We always realized to work out with other teammates are better to do that. But sometimes, it's hard to communicate with each other and I feel frustrated when I got compared by other people.
